About The Position

This role involves performing mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Key responsibilities include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. The position also requires supporting preventative maintenance, maintaining organized work areas, and potentially working across different departments. Employees must comply with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may need to adjust schedules to meet business needs. Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10-20 hours per week. This is a 3rd Shift role (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and is an onsite position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship for employment visas).
