About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision on the 2nd shift! Your role: Handle small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy. Perform a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations using small hand tools, soldering equipment and machinery Follow methods of sequence of operations to ensure documented & controlled processes are followed. Must be able to understand & document daily production metrics accurately May participate in projects as a team member in the development of skills, talents, and teamwork to support improvement projects. Expected to demonstrate the Philips Behaviors, treat all team members with respect, and value their feedback How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is an onsite role in Reedsville, PA on the 2nd shift. Requirements

  • Your skills include good hand eye coordination, communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • You have a high school diploma, Vocational training or equivalent
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Reedsville, PA
