Requirements

• A positive attitude and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for your shift
• Basic math and ruler-reading skills
• High school diploma, GED, or 6+ months of recent work experience
• Must pass a drug screen
• High school diploma or GED or 6 months continuous work history within the previous 12 months.
• Basic Math Skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Ability to read a ruler and tape measure in inches.
• Basic Reading Comprehension to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Manual Dexterity.
• Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts using hand tools (we’ll show you how!)
• Follow simple instructions and blueprints
• Rotate between workstations to keep things interesting
• Inspect your work to make sure it meets quality standards
• Keep your area clean and organized
