Position Summary Be part of a team producing advanced defense products that protect our nation and allies worldwide. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and sub-assemble critical components, learning the craft through on-the-job training that builds your expertise. Monday – Thursday 5:30am – 4:00pm, Possible OT Friday Starting Pay $19.90, Raise at 6 months $20.40, Raise at 12 months $21.00 Job Description Climate controlled, well-lit and clean work environment!

Requirements

1+ years of warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred.
HS Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Due to U.S. government contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or otherwise legally authorized to obtain the necessary government approvals.
Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
Ability to distinguish component colors and wiring (color vision required).
Proficient in using hand tools and small parts assembly.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and ability to meet production goals.
Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions, with or without reasonable accommodation
Work well with others in team setting
Ability to cross train and rotate jobs often
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift).
Regular movement may include :Frequent bending, stretching, lifting, walking, and repetitive motion.
Ability to lift and move objects up to: 10 lbs regularly 25 lbs frequently 50 lbs occasionally
Requires use of hands for fine motor tasks and assembly.
Ability to move throughout the facility and work in various positions (kneeling, crouching, reaching, etc.).
Visual abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
