About The Position

This role involves assembling products according to specifications, instructions, and drawings. The Assembler 1 will be required to work in multiple assembly areas based on production and business needs. Key responsibilities include placing endcaps, drilling screws, adding hinges, track assembly, wrapping poles, pulling and placing rubber, stapling boxes, and performing other assigned duties. The position requires meeting production standards in a fast-paced, safe environment, and proficiency with tools such as drills, staple guns, and other power and hand tools. Adherence to PPE requirements and safety techniques is mandatory, with a focus on maintaining a clean and well-maintained workspace.
