About The Position
As an ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) Maintenance Technician, you’ll use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair electrical and controls systems for our ASRS, warehouse, and other department equipment as needed. Make an impact on our processes as you assist the maintenance and controls departments with preventative maintenance optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 2 years of maintenance related experience OR 2-year Industrial Technology Degree.
- Must be comfortable working with heights.
- Must be comfortable working all shifts including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Operate, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain Warehouse and ASRS components with minimal supervision.
- Provide verification and repair services to safety instrumented systems and plant equipment.
- Perform PM checks and report all problems.
- Maintain quality workmanship in the department.
- Complete work orders and use various computer applications including WMS and SAP.
