About The Position
This role involves operating a roller to compact dirt on construction job sites, ensuring the stability of soil under buildings and preventing sinkholes by compacting backfill around pipes. The operator will also assist the crew with shoveling, raking, and job site setup and cleanup.

- 2 years prior experience operating a Roller Required
