About The Position

This role involves operating an asphalt plant, communicating with plant management, performing daily operational procedures, and conducting equipment inspections. Requirements
- Basic Equipment Operations
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong Mathematical Abilities

- Ability to work outside
- Good physical condition
- 1 year minimum experience in road or construction field working outdoors
- Forklift Experience
- Loader Experience
- Man-Lift Experience
Responsibilities
- Communicating with the Plant Foreman, Superintendent, and Operators
- Conducting daily startup, shutdown, and maintenance procedures
- Performing equipment inspections
