About The Position

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator based out of our Old Bridge Asphalt Plant to perform a critical role in daily asphalt operations by safely operating an asphalt plant in our East Region. This role is responsible for routine and preventative plant maintenance to ensure continuous efficient production.

Requirements

• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
• Positive, Team-based attitude
• The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
• The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
• Basic computer, working with hands, welding

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 Years experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Day to day operations of manufacturing asphalt
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance
• Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned
