About The Position

The Asphalt Plant Laborer position is a full-time role responsible for carrying out essential duties at an asphalt plant, ensuring the plant is kept clean and well-organized. The role also involves maintaining safety, compliance, and environmental requirements within the production area, and may require working at construction sites and/or the garage. This position requires the ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Basic Equipment Operations: Forklift, Loader and man-lift
• Reliability
• Being able to work outside
• High school graduate or equivalent and valid driver's license
• 1-year minimum experience in road or construction field

Nice To Haves

• Welding, asphalt plant and/or quarry mine experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Carry out essential duties at asphalt plant
• Keeps the plant clean and in a well-organized manner.
• Maintains SAFETY, compliance and environmental requirements within state, local and company standards within production area.
• Work at construction sites and/or garage as required
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
