About The Position
Sparta Networking is hiring an experienced Asphalt Plant Foreman to lead daily plant operations and manage crew performance in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, efficiency, and keeping projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Experience in asphalt plant operations or heavy industrial environments
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of plant processes and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations, including crew, equipment, and production
- Lead and direct team members to meet project timelines
- Monitor plant performance, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and material needs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Complete daily reports and track crew hours
