About The Position
Arrow Construction, a full-service underground utilities construction company established in 1995 and based in Sacramento, CA, is seeking experienced Laborers, Asphalt Rakers, Concrete Finishers, and Operators for its Madera, CA location. The company serves northern and central California, offering services such as underground utility work, vacuum excavation, asphalt/concrete restoration, and traffic control. This role requires knowledge in asphalt and/or concrete restoration.
Requirements
- Clean valid California Driver's License.
- Experience in asphalt restoration.
- Experience in concrete restoration.
- Experience operating Skid steer, roller, excavator, paver, and backhoe.
- Class A drivers with construction experience.
- Pass a drug test.
- Pass a pre-employment physical.
- Pass a background test.

- Perform asphalt restoration.
- Perform concrete restoration.
