About The Position

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking an experienced Milling Machine Operator for their Asphalt Milling Division for the 2026 construction season. This is a full-time, seasonal position with competitive wages. The company has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years and is one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton and the surrounding area.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience operating Wirtgen machines (big and small).
• Experience in working on highway work and small city work (ex: tie ins / key cuts).
• Ability to work under pressure and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work night shifts and out of town work when needed.
• Ability to work Monday to Saturday and overtime.
• Must be physically fit – repetitive bending, lifting, kneeling, walking for long periods of time.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong drive to contribute to the team's success.
• Driving record free of major infractions.
• Must pass a medical/fitness exam.

Responsibilities

• Operate Wirtgen milling machines (big and small).
• Work on highway projects and small city projects (e.g., tie ins/key cuts).
• Work under pressure and take on new challenges.
• Work night shifts and out-of-town jobs when needed.
• Work Monday to Saturday and overtime.
• Maintain a safety-minded and high accountability work culture.
• Work with operators and other crew members to perform a wide range of duties.
• Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
