About The Position

Annapurna Labs develops silicon for advanced machine learning accelerator servers, utilizing the latest process nodes and massively scaled server clusters to provide hardware platforms for inference and training workloads. The company is seeking a mid-career semiconductor test engineer with a background in classic ATE platforms to create an extremely low DPPM product-line for their servers. The role extends beyond structural testing to include mission profile testing, utilizing external controlling ICs, porting server management and customer run-time software, and using virtualized machines and specific microcontrollers in the end application. A curious mindset and an urge to learn system architecture are beneficial. The team is nurturing and supportive, providing access to tools, code, and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in C/C++ and/or Microsoft VBA/VBT and terminal shell environments
  • Experience with Advantest 93K, Teradyne IGXL based testers or other system level testers

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with Lua, Python, shell scripting
  • Compilers, generating SOs and DLLs from large code bases
  • Experience with JMP, Optimal plus.

Responsibilities
