About The Position

Responsible for end‑to‑end execution of ASIC/SoC product development, driving multi-functional alignment from specification through silicon bring‑up and production! This role ensures schedule, quality, and performance targets are met across design, validation, and manufacturing phases!

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 8–15+ years (for senior roles) in ASIC/SoC development
• Strong understanding of: ASIC design flow (architecture → RTL → DV → PD → tape-out)
• Strong understanding of: High-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, DDR, SerDes, NAND) (optional based on domain)
• Proven experience leading sophisticated, multi-site ASIC programs
• Experience with program management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• Familiarity with EDA tools and methodologies (Synopsys, Cadence flow)
• Experience with advanced nodes (7nm/ 5nm / 3nm)
• Solid understanding of: Silicon bring-up, lab debug, and validation flows
• Solid understanding of: Firmware + hardware co-debug
