Greet guests in a timely manner Provide guests with menus Assigns guest to tables Ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up Receive and record guests reservations Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
• Must be able to obtain a required Non-Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.
• Frequent walking.
• Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
• May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.
