About The Position
Supervise residents of the American Suzuki Institute Teen Dorm. This includes, but is not limited to: moving from building to building with students, managing behavior, supporting students, coordinating/assisting with talent show auditions, organizing social events, assisting in the office with program distribution, etc., and staying in the dorm with the students.
Requirements
- Ability to be friendly yet take charge when the situation requires.
- Commitment to enforcing established rules.
- Track record of personal behavior that demonstrates good judgment.
- Ability to think and problem solve on your feet.
- Demonstrate good verbal communication skills.
- Age 19 or completed one year of college.
Responsibilities
- Supervise residents of the American Suzuki Institute Teen Dorm.
