About The Position

Our ASI Production Lead helps support our ASI Production Supervisor. This position assists leading the team and also meets production output requirements. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6am-2pm

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience with ASI production equipment and desire to lead/train employees, and/or previous experience leading a team is required.
Ability to lift 35 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to twist, squat, reach above shoulder level, and crouch on a frequent basis

Responsibilities

Create and maintain SOP’s and lead ASI Production Operators on equipment
Follow all safety rules and regulations, wear proper PPE equipment and maintain a clean work area
Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers
Work in a production environment with potentially hazardous materials
Set up, operate, and maintain ASI equipment
Assist ASI Production Supervisor with training and SOPs
Work with ASI Production Supervisor to maintain production board and delegate work
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Meet production output requirements and maintain high quality work
Willingness to work overtime when needed
