In this role, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing operations in aseptic areas, environmental monitoring, performance in terms of production, capacity, and quality. Responsible for meeting budget, quality, and production goals. Interprets manufacturing policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science.
  • 3-5 years experience in aseptic manufacturing and environmental monitoring
  • Demonstrated high-level of aseptic technique understanding and proficiency
  • Ability to execute and optimize the environmental monitoring program in filling operations
  • Displays a high level of written and non-written communication skills and the ability to interpret and analyze statistical information

Responsibilities

  • Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
  • Responsible for executing and overseeing the environmental monitoring program during filling operations.
  • Plays a key role in overseeing and planning media fills.
  • Emphasize training and implement control systems to eliminate environmental monitoring discrepancies.
  • Support and emphasize the Safety and Quality commitments of the department.
  • Responsible for driving operational excellence and execution in the areas of regulatory compliance, cost reduction, and task execution.
