The Aseptic Robot Operator (ARO) is a highly technical role responsible for the safe and efficient operation, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance of automated robotic and conveyor systems within the aseptic production environment. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime. The Aseptic Robot Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and becoming proficient in multiple pieces of equipment, including robotic systems, roller-bed conveyor systems, and Human Machine Interface (HMI) controls. The ARO ensures robots remain stocked with the required materials to support continuous production. This role is responsible for identifying and resolving equipment stoppages, performing Autonomous Maintenance (AM), completing preventive maintenance (PM) activities, and conducting minor mechanical repairs within the scope of the operator's training and skill level. As a member of the production line team, the Aseptic Robot Operator also provides operational support as needed, including responding to line jams, replenishing cardboard and packaging materials, and assisting with other line support activities to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
