About The Position

The Aseptic Manufacturing Associate (AMA) is responsible for performing various routine manufacturing tasks following established procedures and cGMP regulations under guidance of a production supervisor and/or senior management. This primary location for this role is at our Front Avenue facility. The hours are from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree OR a high school diploma and 2+ years relevant work experience in a manufacturing, medical, and/or laboratory environment is required for a Level I role.
• A bachelor’s degree OR a high school diploma and 3+ years relevant work experience in a manufacturing, medical, and/or laboratory environment is required for a Level II role. Must also have experience working in a sterile manufacturing environment.
• A bachelor’s degree OR a high school diploma and 4+ years relevant work experience in a manufacturing, medical, and/or laboratory environment is required for a Level III role. Must also have experience working in a sterile manufacturing environment.
• Qualification for use of a full-face respirator is required when working with hazardous chemicals.
• PAPR is required for working with hazardous chemicals during chemical dispense and addition activities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a laboratory environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment preparation, bulk drug formulation, and aseptic filling duties as needed.
• Accurately document data and complete batch records as needed.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization duties as instructed by the applicable procedure.
• Successfully complete facility’s aseptic gowning and manufacturing qualification program.
• Perform duties in Grade 5, ISO 6, ISO 7, and ISO 8 cleanrooms.
