The Aseptic Cleaner will be responsible for the weekly and overnight sanitization of clean room manufacturing areas, ensuring that cleaning details, scheduling, and methods comply with regulations for maintaining clean room sterility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have strong discipline and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures repeatedly.
• Must be able to learn gowning procedures and wear sterile Personal Protective Equipment, including a respirator daily.
• Physically capable of being on feet for 3 hours doing physical labor of cleaning the Clean Room.
• Strenuous work involving constant bending down, squatting, stretching, and general agility to clean in difficult/hard-to-reach spaces.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a sterile environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and mix cleaning chemicals according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide accurate records of daily and weekly cleaning activities according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform weekly and overnight sanitization of clean rooms.
• Remove trash from production areas to waste disposal promptly and in a sanitary manner.
• Maintain general housekeeping of working areas and the plant.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas.
