About The Position

Delaware Tire Centers is a group of family-owned automotive service centers in Delaware and Maryland, in business since 1968. We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, customer service-oriented technician with excellent mechanical and diagnostic skills. We are looking for a dedicated ASE Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing team. We are a full-service automotive provider committed to keeping our Salisbury neighbors safe on the road. We value your expertise and offer a steady workflow.

Requirements

• Must hold current ASE certifications (multiple certifications preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Must possess a complete set of personal tools.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a "fix it right the first time" attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Multiple ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Execute everything from advanced engine diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting to brake systems, suspensions, and alignments.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
