About The Position

Rairdon’s Subaru of Auburn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated ASE Master Certified Technician to join their service team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30.00-$45.00 D.O.E. per flat rate hour, with potential for a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance for master technicians. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, with a specific focus on Subaru models, to factory standards while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • ASE Master Certification
  • Prior experience working on Subaru vehicles.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on all make and models, with a focus on Subaru.
  • Use OEM tools and equipment to complete complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations and timelines.
  • Stay current with factory training and certifications.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
