This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are preferred. The position involves applying the Surgery Center's Core Values, practicing Health & Safety, and fulfilling Human Resource Responsibilities. The nurse will demonstrate competence in performing duties and responsibilities related to tasks, skills, and procedures for clients served. A working knowledge and experience in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) from a hospital or ambulatory surgery center, including direct patient care, is necessary. The ability to adhere to the work schedule, manage time appropriately, and utilize resources in a timely, organized, and cost-effective manner is also essential.
