About The Position

This is an opportunity to excel as an Asbestos Surveyor, playing a vital role in supporting SOCOTEC’s continued success. As SOCOTEC grows, so do our teams. We’re looking for a dedicated Asbestos Surveyor to join our Environment and Safety division. We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Asbestos Surveyor to join our Environment & Safety team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. A background in asbestos surveying, along with knowledge of HSG 264 and the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2012), is essential to thrive in this position.

Requirements

• BOHS P402 / RPSH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying
• Strong asbestos knowledge and understanding of regulations
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• HSG 264 knowledge
• Control of Asbestos Regulations (2012) knowledge

Responsibilities

• Undertaking asbestos surveys of a broad range of premises
• Liaising with clients and Project Managers
• Accurately recording site information and submitting reports
