Requirements

• Two (2) seasons of paid experience in administering and coordinating arts educational, recreational or cultural programs in school, community center, library or a similar setting.
• Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth (12 th ) grade, GED, or higher level degree.
• Possession of a valid California driver’s license by date of appointment.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, CPR and First Aid certificates within six (6) months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in supervising staff or instructors is desirable.
• Additional coursework in arts education or a related field is desirable.
