About The Position
Roc Nation is looking for a dedicated and organized Talent Management Intern to join us in the Los Angeles office this Fall. This internship will allow students to gain first-hand, experience in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: talent management, operations and administration. This position includes working with high-profile individuals, so understanding personal and professional boundaries, as well as confidentiality and professionalism is a must.
Requirements
- Must be able to work out of LA office for the Fall semester
- Must be currently enrolled as a full-time college student working towards your Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Masters degree or recent graduate
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Suite and Keynote
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Works well in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
- Works well with tight & strict deadlines
- Easily adjusts to shifting priorities
- Trustworthy with sensitive information
- Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
Nice To Haves
- Candidates pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Music/Entertainment/Sports preferred
Responsibilities
- Understanding best practices involved with managing Artist day to day schedule
- Prioritizing deliverables, managing project timelines and deadlines
- How to manage email accounts for clients and management team, vetting inquiries and fielding them appropriately
- How to organize and maintain an artist calendar of deadlines, meetings, and appointments
