About The Position

Hollywood Park is a nearly 300-acre sports and entertainment destination being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke, with SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. It is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States, planned to include residences, a hotel, retail, office space, and public parks. SoFi Stadium hosts major sporting and entertainment events, including the Super Bowl, College Football Playoff National Championship, WrestleMania, World Cup, and the Olympics. Adjacent to the stadium is the YouTube Theater, a 6,000-seat venue for concerts, comedy, esports, and more. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent relations, high-end hospitality, or event production.
  • Track record of interacting with A-list talent, high-net-worth individuals, and their management/security teams with extreme professionalism and discretion.
  • Requires prolonged standing, prolonged walking, and working in outdoor elements at times.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays during event and non-event days.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google applications.
  • Lift up to 40 pounds
  • Prolonged Steps or stair climbing, balancing
  • Occasional stooping/bending over
  • Prolonged standing/sitting throughout the day
  • Occasional overhead as well as horizontal reaching
  • Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating with event managers, security leadership, premium/suites teams, and executives to support high-profile guests across all events.
  • Assist in managing arrival and departure logistics for high-profile guests, including coordination with personal security, agents, managers, and other representatives as needed.
  • Support in the planning, logistics and execution of guest movement operations.
  • Prepare event cost estimates and reconcile final cost reports based on operational needs.
  • Attend production meetings and communicate relevant Artist Relations updates.
  • Maintain and update event notes to reflect operational changes within Artist Relations.
  • Support the Director of Artist & Industry Relations in the management of VIP and Platinum parking lots.
  • Participate in walkthroughs and site visits as requested.
  • Oversee access control for all events, including credential distribution at pedestrian gates and the loading dock (YouTube Theater).
  • Create, update, and distribute credential and parking grids to production teams and promoters (YouTube Theater).
  • Manage the backstage experience for artists, promoters, agents, managers, and VIP guests, including credentials, parking, escorts, and access logistics (YouTube Theater).
  • Coordinate scheduling and meal breaks for 25+ part-time staff members.
  • Ensure staff receive event details and updates in advance of each event.
  • Verify staff credentials and access permissions for all events.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings to prepare staff with all pertinent information.
  • Review and approve weekly timesheets to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Assist in overseeing compliance with Hollywood Park and applicable agency safety policies.
  • Support training and retraining efforts to address any policy or safety non-compliance.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to the Hollywood Park community across all venues and campus operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
