We are seeking passionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our baking team. This role offers hands-on experience in making a full range of breads and pastries, from mixing and shaping to baking and finishing, utilizing regional grains and traditional techniques. The team is currently hiring for several roles including Pastry Baker (AM shift), Bread Baker (AM shift), and PM Baker (PM shift). Pastry Bakers are responsible for viennoiserie (mixing, laminating, shaping), cold case items (mixing, baking, finishing), and packaged goods (mixing, baking). Bread Bakers handle all steps of sourdough and yeasted bread production, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking. PM Bakers manage evening mixing and bake-off for both bread (proofing, loading, scoring, baking, packing) and pastry (proofing and baking viennoiserie and other pastries).
