About The Position

Designs and implements effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with the organization’s strategies and business goals, and key ethical considerations. Applies advanced advising skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.

Requirements

5+ years of experience implementing IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
5+ years of experience in AI/ML and Data Science using Python programming and big data technologies, including Hive, Q, Bedrock, PySpark, Synapse, or Databricks
5+ years of experience designing and implementing a highly available, scalable, and resilient enterprise cloud environment
3+ years of experience deploying solutions using the Amazon AI product tool suite, Sage Maker studio, and Bedrock
3+ years of experience using LLMs, GenAI applications, or agentic AI orchestration frameworks
Experience leading architecture, platform engineering, and development teams on enterprise cloud engagements
Experience in training and fine-tuning LLMs
Knowledge of Big Data solutions, data migration technologies, and processes
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in a Technology field such as Computer Science or Statistics

Nice To Haves

Experience providing technical guidance to architects and engineers
Experience working in GCP or Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions, network architecture, and security principles
Master's degree in a Technology field, such as Computer Science or Statistics preferred; Doctorate degree in a related Technology field a plus
Security, Cloud, or Software Development Certification
