Requirements

10+ years of experience as a DoD professional, including interaction with O-6 or GS-15-level Supervisors, Directors, or Commanding Officers
3+ years of experience leading the design and execution of enterprise AI strategy
Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
Experience working independently developing products for internal and external stakeholders
Experience interpreting requirements and developing solutions
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Experience managing research and development programs
Experience managing programs to design and deliver AI solutions
Master’s degree
