About The Position

This role involves evaluating emerging AI trends, tools, and vendor solutions against business use-cases. The engineer will run proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to test the feasibility of new ideas, and design and build applications and AI/ML models tailored to specific use cases such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision, prioritized for the AI Program. A key responsibility is to create scalable AI pipelines that can be integrated into existing systems. The role also requires collaboration with data, engineering, and software development teams.

Requirements

Strong Python skills.
Familiarity with Java / C++ / Go for production environments.
Object-oriented programming & design patterns.
Unit testing, CI/CD, Git, containerization (Docker).
Experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Prefect, or cloud-native equivalents).
Experience with model deployment (REST APIs, gRPC, serverless), monitoring, and versioning.
Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP / OCI AI services.
Experience with cloud-native training/inference environments (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
Experience with Kubernetes for scalable inference.
Eligibility to legally work in the United States throughout the term of engagement.
Must have own equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.).
