Requirements

Understanding of generative AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of current business processes and how technology can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Basic understanding of responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, and ethical use.
Awareness of change management fundamentals and technology adoption practices.
Ability to identify business processes that can benefit from AI-enabled improvements.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate tasks, or enhance decision-making.
Ability to write effective prompts and refine AI-generated outputs.
Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to train, coach, or influence others in adopting new technologies.
Data analysis and information synthesis skills.
Ability to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly as AI technologies evolve.
Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, quality, and business relevance.
