Job Description Job Requirements Required Qualifications Advanced experience building AI agents within ChatGPT or similar LLM ecosystems Strong prompt engineering and workflow design skills Experience integrating AI with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Understanding of APIs and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) 3-7+ years in AI product management, automation engineering, or related fields Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, staffing, or industrial sectors Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles Exposure to private equity portfolio environments What Success Looks Like (12-Month Horizon) Fully operational AI Agent ecosystem deployed across departments Competitive intelligence pipeline active and actionable Automated event-triggered outreach integrated with HubSpot Documented AI operating manual in place
