What you’ll do Own end-to-end market intelligence and turn complex market, competitor, customer, and internal data into clear insights that drive profitable commercial decisions. You’ll proactively build and maintain reliable intelligence sources, lead customer insight analysis and demand forecasting, and translate findings into recommendations for account strategy, strategic pricing (including bids/RFQs), and portfolio actions. You’ll also partner cross-functionally to develop new product business cases, assess opportunities and risks with scenarios, and communicate compelling visuals and stories that help leaders act with confidence. Who we’re looking for A proactive, curious, and accountable analyst who takes ownership from question to recommendation—someone who can independently structure ambiguous problems, build and maintain market intelligence sources, and translate large, complex datasets into clear insights and visuals that influence decisions. You bring a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in market analysis, customer insights, demand forecasting, and/or strategic pricing, with strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge assumptions with data. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally without formal authority, collaborate well with diverse stakeholders, and are eager to learn new tools (e.g., Power BI and data/coding skills as needed) to deliver measurable commercial impact. You’ll also need 5+ years’ experience in market intelligence/market analysis, customer insights, demand forecasting, and/or strategic pricing, backed by a relevant degree, ideally in a manufacturing, health or agriculture industry. Advanced analytical capability: able to synthesize large, complex market/price datasets, build/maintain intelligence sources, and produce actionable recommendations for commercial leaders. Data storytelling & tools: strong reporting and visualization skills (Power BI or equivalent) and the ability to translate numbers into clear visuals and messages for non-technical audiences. Influence & ways of working: proactive owner/self-starter who collaborates cross-functionally without formal authority, communicates clearly, and appropriately challenges assumptions with data. Requirements
