About The Position

The network's mission is to uplift scholars and their communities by fostering educational opportunities that encourage scholarly thought, resilient learning, powerful communication, mind-body wellness, and community advocacy. The 'All Means All' initiative ensures equitable access to rigorous instruction and support for every scholar. Alliance teachers work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on scholar success and educator growth. Teachers will lead advisory classes to build relationships, support social-emotional growth, and strengthen school culture. They will also partner with families and community organizations through Community Schools and parent engagement initiatives. Professional development includes regular instructional coaching and weekly sessions for continuous improvement.
