About The Position

Albemarle County Public Schools (ACPS) is seeking passionate and innovative educators to join their team for the 2026-27 school year. Requirements

Hold or be eligible for a Virginia teaching certificate with endorsement to teach art at the Elementary School level.
Be innovative, self-reflective, collaborative, knowledgeable in content area and instructional practices, and continually growing and improving.
Be passionate about closing equity and achievement gaps.
Be prepared to engage with our Culturally Responsive Teaching model.
