About The Position

IHA Inc. is seeking a full-time Art Installer, with a preference for military veterans. The company offers on-the-job training to help the right candidate advance within IHA. The role involves installing various items such as pictures, mirrors, signage, window treatments, and other art. Installers also handle the installation of wall protection and vinyl for windows and walls. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. The job requires proven good communication skills, patience, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to learn quickly and solve problems. While the office is located in New Berlin, work is performed in residences and commercial buildings across Wisconsin and the U.S. These commercial locations include hospitals, clinics, senior living facilities, offices, hotels, restaurants, and sports stadiums/arenas. The typical work week is Monday-Friday, with travel required for 10-15 weekdays per month out of state. Travel for non-local jobs may involve flying or using a company vehicle. For local jobs, either the company vehicle or the employee's own vehicle may be used. Travel arrangements, meals, and mileage reimbursement are provided for out-of-state travel.
