Key functions include structural development, graphics, 3D modeling, rendering, and CMF (Color, Material, Finish). Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Production, and Sales to manage projects from concept through final production, ensuring consistency in brand identity and consumer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (B.A): Graphic Design (Required)
Experience Range IV: 8 - 13 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

Responsibilities

Plan and direct packaging and container design concepts — 25%
Propose structures, create 3D modeling/rendering — 10%
Review samples, coordinate with vendors, manage final artwork — 25%
Provide packaging guidelines and apply CMF (Color, Material, Finish) — 20%
Research design trends, materials, and finishing techniques — 10%
Provide art direction and mentoring to team members — 10%
