Comcast Advertising is looking for an Art Director to lead and manage Associate Art Directors and designers while also working hands-on to set the creative standard. This player-coach role requires senior judgment and craft, executing alongside the team to make direction credible and actionable. The Art Director will support three B2B brands: FreeWheel, Media Solutions, and Universal Ads, working on go-to-market campaigns, sizzle reels, digital experiences, presentation design, video production support, and industry events. The role is high-volume, high-visibility, and fast-moving, requiring the ability to lead and execute across multiple projects simultaneously. The Art Director will report to the Head of Design and operate as a peer to another Art Director, with the expectation of raising the creative ceiling for the team and the work.
