We're looking for an Art Director who is first and foremost a strong conceptual thinker. Someone who sees possibilities where others see problems. Someone who obsesses over ideas as much as execution. Someone who believes the best work isn't just beautifully crafted but impossible to ignore.
You'll partner closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Strategists, Designers, Producers, and our in-house content studio learning from one another while creating breakthrough ideas that move people and move business. From integrated campaigns and social-first ideas to experiential activations, earned media, and film, you'll help shape creative that earns attention because it deserves it.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of agency or equivalent creative experience.
• A portfolio filled with thoughtful, conceptual work that demonstrates strong creative fundamentals.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, composition, storytelling, and brand systems.
• Experience developing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Confidence presenting creative work by telling the story behind the idea-not just showing the execution.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with motion, AI-powered creative tools, or emerging technologies is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining flawless attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and genuine desire to make both the work and the people around you better.

Responsibilities

• Create presentations, mood boards, storyboards, layouts, prototypes, and visual systems that sell the idea as powerfully as the finished work.
• Deliver high-quality craft across digital, social, experiential, print, film, and emerging platforms.
• Execute and adapt ideas seamlessly across every medium while maintaining the integrity of the concept.
• Partner with designers, photographers, illustrators, animators, editors, directors, and makers to elevate every detail.
• Present work with confidence, clearly articulating the thinking behind your ideas.
• Sweat the details, take ownership of your work, and help raise the creative bar.
• Stay immersed in culture, design, technology, entertainment, fashion, art, and the everyday moments that spark unexpected ideas.
• Keep a pulse on emerging platforms, AI tools, design trends, and evolving consumer behaviors and proactively share what you discover.
• Seek firsthand understanding of audiences through research, observation, and real-world experiences.
• Learn from results, and continually refine your creative instincts.
• Ask "What if?" often and "Why not?" even more often.
• Develop bold, unexpected ideas that solve real business problems-not just creative briefs.
• Generate original campaign concepts across every channel, platform, and experience.
• Translate strategic insights into compelling visual ideas people actually want to engage with.
• Push beyond the obvious by challenging assumptions, reframing problems, and uncovering fresh creative opportunities.
• Partner with Copywriters to build integrated campaign platforms from concept through execution.
• Bring curiosity, cultural awareness, and a point of view to every brainstorm, review, and client conversation.
• Collaborate across Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, Production, and Project Management without compromising creative integrity.
• Build trusted partnerships that make the work and those around you better.
