About The Position

We are seeking an Art Director who is a dynamic visionary of what’s possible to help make ideas come to life. They will be responsible from inception to completion. They will collaborate closely with copywriters, producers, designers and directors.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience
An ideas-first mindset, backed by strong design instincts and the ability to execute beautifully
A deep understanding of conceptual thinking and campaign development, with the ability to build a compelling look and feel across channels
Excellent design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Confidence using AI as part of the creative process, with relevant examples in your portfolio
A working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging social platforms
Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
The ability to take feedback in stride and turn it into stronger creative work
A positive, curious attitude with a genuine hunger for making great advertising
GRIT. Fall seven times, get up eight.
