About The Position

The Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visual concepts and creative assets across print and digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. This role translates marketing strategies into engaging visual designs and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Experience in graphic design, art direction, or visual design roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and campaign work
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of print and digital design principles
  • Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience creating assets for multiple channels
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities
