About The Position

MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, is looking for a mid-level Art Director/Designer who can turn smart strategy into standout creative. Someone who’s concept-first, design/detail-obsessed, and just as comfortable in a brainstorm as they are crafting that final layout. You’ll partner closely with writers, strategists, and clients to create ideas that are not just beautiful - but effective.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in an agency or similar creative environment
A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and brilliant design
A point of view - and the ability to evolve it through feedback
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (and a general comfort across other modern tools/platforms, including AI)
Curiosity, hustle, and a low-ego, team-first mindset

Responsibilities

Concept and execute campaigns across digital, social, video, and traditional channels
Collaborate with copywriters to develop big ideas and bring them to life
Present work confidently and clearly to internal teams and clients
Own projects from concept through production, sweating the details along the way
Contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
