About The Position

The ServiceNow Creative Brand & Strategy team is a passionate team of creative thinkers and doers, responsible for shaping the future of the ServiceNow brand. We’re looking for a Campaign Art Director with a history of creating award-winning work across touch-points and media types. You’re a strategic, conceptual thinker, who knows how to push the boundaries of storytelling and execute down to the smallest detail. You see every brief as an opportunity to elevate both that specific assignment and the brand. You’ll partner with other creatives and a world-class cross-functional team to create work that transcends the category, helping build a defining brand – and the defining enterprise software company – of the 21st century. Projects will vary, from film to social to digital and beyond, and you’ll work with both internal teams and external partners to bring your ideas to life.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as an Art Director at in-house or at a top-tier creative agency, with a portfolio that includes work for modern technology brands
  • Strong background in concept and art direction with fluency across channels -digital, social, film, print, and more.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and experience scaling ideas under tight timelines.
  • Passionate about craft and committed to building systems and stories that elevate brand presence over time.
  • Value collaboration and feedback, and thrive in cross-functional environments with marketing, design, and product teams.
  • Expert in industry-standard design and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a Creative Director, Campaigns on conceptual development, design, and execution across key marketing briefs.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Experience working with or designing with AI and emerging technologies.
