About The Position

Tech7 is seeking an Army Space Support Team (ARSST) Analyst to support the USASMDC G37 Training, Readiness, and Exercises (TREX) Certification & Evaluation Branch. The analyst will support the planning, execution, and assessment of ARSST certification events; evaluate operational readiness; develop certification and exercise products; and recommend improvements to the Command Standards and Evaluations Program. This position supports other USASMDC space mission areas and the evaluator training course when required. This role is located onsite at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Co.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship.
Three or more years of experience as an ARSST team member.
Tactical Space Operations Course education and related space-control education.
Working knowledge of SATCOM, NAVWAR, space characterization, space control, Army and Joint space operations, commercial SATCOM, and ARSST equipment and software applications.
Battalion-or-higher staff experience, including military writing, briefings, presentations, orders production, Tier 1 exercise planning, and staff processes.
Relevant military education such as Non-Commissioned Officer Education System, Battle Staff, Officer Education System, or an equivalent program.
Strong analytical, technical, organizational, written-communication, and verbal-communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet established schedules and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience evaluating ARSSTs during certification events or external evaluations.
Experience supporting the 1st Space Brigade.
Experience developing MSELs, certification products, evaluator curriculum, and senior-leader briefings.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Certification and Evaluation support specialist for Army Space Support Teams and primary back-up for the Space Control Planning Teams (SCPT).
Plan, resource, and conduct ARSST certification assessments and evaluate team performance against approved standards, policies, doctrine, and operating procedures.
Support certification events and brigade-level external evaluations coordinated through G37 TREX.
Develop Master Scenario Events Lists, evaluation scripts, exercise-development products, reports, briefings, and other certification products.
Facilitate the Certification, Confirmation, and Validation process to support operational readiness and timely completion of certification products.
Assess operational readiness, document certification results, identify issues and trends, and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
Review Standards and Evaluations policies and recommend updates that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ARSST evaluations.
Conduct military decision-making, military writing, orders production, and briefings for government personnel and senior leaders.
Coordinate with subordinate commands, evaluators, technical subject-matter experts, and government stakeholders throughout certification planning and execution.
Develop evaluator-training goals, objectives, curriculum, and learning plans and support delivery of the Command Evaluator Training Course.
Maintain working knowledge of SATCOM, NAVWAR, space characterization, space control, space support to operations, commercial SATCOM, and the equipment and software used by ARSSTs.
Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze evaluation results and provide trend analysis and recommendations.
Prepare reports and presentations in accordance with applicable military and command standards.
Support other USASMDC space mission areas and related planning conferences or exercises when required.
Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of certification and evaluation requirements and complete required post-travel reporting.
Support and represent Tech7 company culture in daily activities and customer engagements.
