About The Position
The Army Instructor (AI) is a member of the JROTC department and instructor of the JROTC unit. The position begins during the 2027–28 school year and is located at Northland Career Center at the new Northland Workforce Development Center. Candidates must hold an NCO rank of SSG/E-6 through CSM/E-9, have served in the Army for at least eight years, possess at least an AA or AS degree, and be certified by Cadet Command.
Requirements
- NCO rank of SSG/E-6 through CSM/E-9.
- At least 8 years of Army service.
- At least an AA or AS degree.
- Certification by Cadet Command.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the JROTC department.
- Instruct the JROTC unit.
