About The Position

The AR Armorer builds uppers for AR-10 and AR-15 firearms. The role involves assembling upper receivers and barrel assemblies according to the bill of materials, maintaining production quality, handling and cleaning parts, and repairing defects. Work is performed in an operational manufacturing warehouse environment. Job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, and overtime may be required to meet production needs. Team members must be at least 18 years of age. The position may involve access to technology or software source code subject to U.S. export control laws (ITAR/EAR). Employment is contingent on verifying U.S. Person status or obtaining any required export license or confirming the availability of a license exception. Applicants must provide information for export control screening, and the employer may decline to proceed based on the screening outcome.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to properly use basic hand tools.
• Patience, persistence, and problem-solving skills.
• Compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
• Very high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assemble upper receivers and barrel assemblies according to the bill of materials.
• Maintain accurate and consistent production with few or no quality-control issues.
• Produce quality products without tooling marks or blemishes.
• Properly handle and clean parts before assembly.
• Repair quality defects as needed.
• Keep the workstation neat and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
