About The Position

The ARMO (Aftermarket Operations) team is committed to maintaining and improving equipment performance through advanced diagnostic, repair, and maintenance capabilities. This role investigates equipment-related issues, diagnoses failures, and performs maintenance and repair activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational performance. The position utilizes technical drawings, diagnostic equipment, and established maintenance procedures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial repair, equipment servicing, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
  • Experience working with hydraulic, electrical, or electro-mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic circuits and electro-mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience using diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and hi-pot testers.
  • Familiarity with three-phase 480V and single-phase 120V electrical systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and maintenance tracking.
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Current work authorization in the country of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Investigating and resolving equipment-related complaints in accordance with maintenance procedures.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and parts lists to diagnose technical issues.
  • Supporting maintenance activities while following established procedures and safety requirements.
  • Troubleshooting hydraulic circuits and electro-mechanical systems to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • Utilizing diagnostic equipment including multimeters, megohmmeters, and hi-pot testers.
  • Supporting maintenance of electrical systems including three-phase 480V and single-phase 120V equipment.
  • Assisting with inspection, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure equipment reliability and complaint resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate records related to complaints, troubleshooting activities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Utilizing computer systems to track maintenance activities, complaints, and repair documentation.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness.
